How long do I have to return an item, and how do I do it?
Items must be brought back in person to our store with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Our location is at 3624 N. Centrepointe Way, Suite 110, Meridian, ID.
Will I get a refund, store credit, or an exchange?
At Thingys for You, we offer exchanges only for the same type of merchandise. This means you can exchange for a different fragrance, a different color, or another similar item.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, there are some special situations. Custom orders are neither returnable nor can they be exchanged. We recommend carefully reviewing custom order details before finalizing your purchase.
