Candle Care Tips

Candles are wonderful, but please understand you must use caution to prevent a fire hazard or injury.  Never allow the candle to  burn while unattended.  Keep out of the reach of small children and pets.  Allow the candle to cool completely before handling.  Always burn the candle on a heat resistant, level surface.  Do not burn around flammable materials.

Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch.  Keep wax free of foreign debris.  Never burn more than 4 hours at a time.  Keep away from drafts.  Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains.

If you are enjoying a wickless candle, it requires a wax warming device.  Use only a UL listed electric warmer approved for wax melts.  Do not leave unattended while in use.  Keep out of the reach of small children and pets.  Do not add water.  Do not melt on stove top or in unapproved appliances.  Use in well-ventilated areas away from flammable materials.  Use on a level surface.  Melted wax spills easily and can cause burns to skin and injury.  Stop using if less than 1/4" of wax remains in dish.
